Maisonette 4 is a 79 m² two-level home at Zidros Apartments in Sfakaki, near Rethymno on Crete's north coast — a bright, modern base for couples and families that sleeps four comfortably. The open-plan ground floor has a comfortable sofa, a smart layout and a dining table for four, with a kitchen built around top-brand appliances. The main bedroom has built-in wardrobes and a double bed, an attic bedroom upstairs adds flexible sleeping space and extra storage, and two bathrooms keep mornings smooth. Then there's the terrace: private, with sensational views over the olive groves and mountains out to the sea — made for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Heating and cooling run autonomously, the Wi-Fi is super fast, the kitchen has a drinking-water filter and the building has a soft-water filtration system. Pricing is all-inclusive with nothing extra on arrival, infants aged 0–2 stay free, and a sofa bed is available for extra comfort. Good to know: the attic bedroom has sloping ceilings with reduced headroom near the eaves, and the open-tread staircase needs a little care — guests over 180 cm should watch their heads, and families with young children or reduced mobility should take care on the stairs.
