Maisonette 3 is a 79 m² two-level home at Zidros Apartments in Sfakaki, near Rethymno on Crete's north coast, and sleeps up to five. Downstairs, an airy living area opens onto a balcony, with a long oak dining table and a kitchen fully equipped for home cooking; the main bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. Upstairs, a loft-style attic bedroom under a wooden-beamed ceiling gives children or extra guests a space of their own, and a sofa bed adds a fifth place to sleep. Two bathrooms keep mornings easy, and the large terrace and several balconies look out over olive groves and mountains, with partial views of the sea. Heating and cooling run on efficient fan-coil units, the Wi-Fi is super fast, and the building has a soft-water filtration system. Pricing is all-inclusive with nothing extra to pay on arrival, and infants aged 0–2 stay free. Good to know: the attic bedroom has sloping ceilings with reduced headroom near the eaves, and the open-tread staircase needs a little care — guests over 180 cm should watch their heads, and families with young children or reduced mobility should take care on the stairs.
