Villa Valeria sits on a peaceful, private walkway in the flat Las Villas area, right in the centre of Puerto del Carmen — just 300 metres from the promenade, the beach, and the shops and restaurants along it. It's genuinely a family holiday home as well as a rental, and it shows: every comfort we'd want ourselves is here, right down to a cot, a high chair, children's toys, and a stair gate fitted at the top of the stairs. All four bedrooms are on the ground floor — a master double with its own attached bunk room for two children, plus two further twin rooms, all three with air conditioning and blackout curtains. Upstairs, the open living area leads onto a terrace with partial sea views, a built-in BBQ, and space to eat al fresco, next to a fully-equipped kitchen. The pool below is solar-heated from October to April, and the south-facing terrace keeps it in the sun all day.
