Casa La Fuente Nueve is a three-bedroom holiday home in a quiet, gated community of just eleven houses, with a beautiful communal swimming pool at its heart. With six beds — including a bunk bed — it suits families, couples, winter residents and anyone after a "workation" base. We recommend a maximum of four adults and two children, and a travel cot and high chair are available for little ones. Inside, the kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, with a dishwasher and washing machine, and air conditioning keeps the whole house cool. Outside there's a front garden with pool views, a private backyard, a BBQ ready for outdoor dining, and the highlight: a rooftop terrace made for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, with stunning views and sunsets at their best in spring and autumn. If you'd rather eat out, plenty of restaurants are nearby. Spending the winter in Spain? Stays of one to three months are available at special monthly rates — get in touch for details. It's a quiet community, so parties and events aren't permitted, and the lead booker must be 28 or over and present for the whole stay.
