“It was a great stay at Babak’s apartment.
My special request was well fulfilled by the cleaning team. Everything was fresh and clean, they used fragrance-free products per my request.
The area is close to nature and calm in general, although there is an ongoing construction not far away from the apartment.
The apartment is compact, but well made. Appliances and sanitaryware are new and high quality. As well as the apartment itself - the construction and materials/finishes are all high quality.
The check-in experience was kinda hectic, because when you look on the app, it shows location of the apartment itself, but in reality you should go and find the key box on the entrance of the residential complex.
The apartment block entrance had some light issues during my stay, which was a little confusing at night.
Overall, despite these small issues it was an excellent experience well worth the price and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and private spot.”

“We just got back from a stay here with my partner. Babak was quick to reply whenever we had questions, and check-in was straightforward, keys were in a lockbox at the gated entrance to the complex. You’ll need a car, it’s a bit outside Estepona and the nearest supermarket is about a 5-minute drive.
The apartment is a bit small but bright and clean with interesting layout, fine for two people. Kitchen had what we needed for decent cooking, we were in hot season and AC worked well.
There was a big pool in the building, but we enjoyed more when we were in lagoon. There are also a bar and restaurant next to lagoon.
Only downside was construction around, you could hear it during the day on the terrace, but it didn’t disturb us.
Would stay again in Babak's apartment.”

“The apartment is brand new, well furnished, clean of course, easy checkin.
I was working remotely most of the day, traveling or chilling in the evenings, the wifi is very good, you can work on the dining table inside or the balcony. behind the house there is a pool (to jump in before lunch), lagoon is very close too, just few minutes walk down the street. I was using gym, restaurant, lagoon it self for a swim - its awesome and free to use with a special bracelet left in the apartment.
It was wonderful work / leisure mix for me - recommend for anyone.
Worth to notice: its further from town so car is a must if you want to see something more around.”
